SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times We ship from our warehouse in China. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Returns & Return Shipping If you need to return an item, we provide a local return address in your country to make the process more convenient. Please contact us at taiyangshangmao@gmail.com within 15 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1 business day.
